We want all users of our website including visitors and contributors to have a safe, and interesting experience on the website. To achieve this goal, all users on this website must comply with this Code of Conduct. We may from time to time make changes to this Code of Conduct by updating this page. xi. accessing any content on the Website through using malicious technology. You agree not to post, store, or create or share any User Content that:
i. May cause risk of harm, physical or mental injury, physical or mental illness to you or any other person;
ii. May create a risk of any other damage or loss to any person or property; iii. Intends to cause harm to or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate iv. content or otherwise;

vi. Contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, lewd, racially or ethnically offensive, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, profane, threatening, defamatory to other people;
vii. Contains any information or content that is considered to be illegal; or
viii. Infringes on the intellectual property rights or copyrights or other rights of a third party.
ix. That has pornographic content or depicts a human being engaged in actual sexual intercourse including but not limited to (i) bestiality, or (ii) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, oral-anal, or anal-genital, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex, or (iii) masturbation, or (iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse;
x. Contains language we consider to be profane, obscene, lewd, or vulgar;
xi. Contains language that we consider or can be perceived as derogatory or discriminatory (including but not limited to comments about sex, race, age, sexual orientation, religious or political affiliation);
xii. Contains spamming comments posted regarding the same content matter, links, video, or any other media;
xiii. Includes personal or identifying information about another User on the Website without the prior permission of the affected User;
xiv. That is false, misleading, or deceitful; or
xv. That disrupts the regular flow of conversation with an excessive amount of Content to the Website which may negatively affect other Users’ ability to use the Website services.
Breach of the Code of Conduct
The Underground Plant Trade reserves the right to decide whether there has been a breach of this Code of Conduct. We have the right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any content in whole or in part that we deem to be in breach of this Code of Conduct. We also reserve to terminate your access to the Website at any time if we, in our sole discretion, determine that you have breached this Code of Conduct.
