Currently searching for plants to put in my room in LA preferably something easy to take care of as I have a few plants but am new to this :) trying to find something to take care of during this lockdown
@Ry we're down to 1 car so drop-offs are challenging right now. if you wanted to come by and pick up, that works! i can leave a couple outside for you to grab so it's covid-safe.
HI Bree! I probably have a or some plants I can give you. I'm wondering what kind of light do you get in your room? (Perhaps snap a photo of your window(s) in morning and afternoon) Getting the right plants for your light will help you be successful. Let me know we'll see what we can do.
Hi rain! My room has pretty good lighting as it’s has Windows taking up one whole wall. I have a few plants that like indirect light so I have sheers in front of my windows just so theyre comfortable:)
Pictures aren't necessary. It sounds like you have a good bit of indirect sunlight. Do you know the names of the plants that have done well so far in your lighting for comparison? Since you're new to the joys of plant parenthood, I'd hate to give you something that doesn't do well in your environment and make you feel like a bad plant person if it doesn't do well.
What part of LA are you in?
i’m in highland park and have curly spider plants available
do you still have spider plants available
yup! they're small bc they're propagated but have strong roots ready to pot!
How could i arrange to pick up or could you drop off

i wanted to note that they will need pots as they're still in water from propagating!

@Bree Monet I don't think you saw my comment below. I'd love to hook up and bring you some plants
